History: female with bloating and abdominal pain.

Looking for finding and likely diagnosis

Case 22 Answer : pseudomyxoma peritonei. Look for the scalloping of the liver. Although the most common etiology for this is mucinous carcinoma of the appendix, I led you down the ovarian mucinous carcinoma route (anecdotally I have seen more cases from the ovary than appendix but that is not what all the literature says) - so I’ll give credit to both answers
