This one is a little tough. I’ll give you the subQ air and it’s not a rib fx. Name the sign and the dx.

This was a bit of a eye test. The subcutaneous air was actually a hint. Check out the diaphragms, are they continuous?

Answer: Continuous diaphragm sign - ie Pneumomediastinum
