As you can see there are sclerotic borders and it is very symmetric. This is a somewhat uncommon vertebral anomaly (although I had a case just this week ironically enough). Generally it is incidental but it is wise to file this in your memory when they come in with back pain and everyone gets worried about burst fractures.
