Nice job everyone! These can be a little tricky to window/level but everyone got it.

Everyone noticed the crescentic hyperdensity along the right kidney - ie the subcapsular hematoma, And very nice job to those who noticed the deformity of the underlying kidney, consistent with compression and possible Page kidney development (where compression yields hypoperfusion and even ischemia to the kidney).

Nice review: http://www.learningradiology.com/archives2007/COW%20268-Subcapsular%20hematoma/subcapcorrect.html

Note that there are actually a few different renal injury grading schemes that I have seen. The one I use is the surgical one: http://www.trauma.org/archive/scores/ois-renal.html
