Case 1 Answer:

Did you see the abnormality: a lumpy-bump soft tissue density in the right upper mediastinum widening the paratracheal stripe. How about the restrosternal clear space? And even a slight hilar overlay sign. So it is your wonderful classic anterior mediastinal mass differential. I included a follow-up CT for proof.

Answer: lymphoma (young pt, right sided disease not extending to the inlet)
