Answer: Subchorionic Hemorrhage

Yep, it’s an IUP, but not the hypoechoic area anterior to the gestational sac. So yes, it is a subchorionic hematoma. Large? No. but given it’s location (anterior and some inferior to the implantation, this would easily account for the spotting/bleeding which was the reason for presentation. Although there is nothing to really be done about it, it should be noted and perhaps if clinically warranted could be followed till it hopefully resolves.
