Case 11 Answer: Bennett Fracture-Dislocation
Findings: 2 piece intraarticular fracture of the base of the 1st metacarpal usually with some lateral retraction of the major metacarpal fragment radially by the abductor pollicis longus. Smaller fragment remains attached to the trapezium. Important because it classically requires ORIF
