So we have a calcified lower lung nodule on the left with numerous calcified left hilar lymph nodes.

Answer: Ranke Complex

what is the calcified nodule called? yep, a Ghon lesion (medical school anyone?)

So yes, this is evidence of HEALED primary tuberculosis. Remember this does NOT signify active disease (although if there is pneumonia elsewhere, all bets are off)
