This is always a tough one to display. If it’s a test situation and you know it’s supposed to be positive, always look for this. Yes, it’s much easier on CT.

Answer: innumerable small nodules - aka miliary pattern ( an although it could very well be any of the fungal etiologies, mets, or the ever-present coal miner’s lung; you still always think TB, TB and TB!)
