Case 5 Answer

So does that help? I’m sure everyone got it on the frontal.

Answer: Pneumonia lateral segment of the Right middle lobe

Although we like to think about RML air space disease obscurring the right heart border (silhouette sign), if it only involves the lateral segment, that doesn’t apply. And don’t confuse it for breast/soft tissue attenuation.
