Did you get both findings?

Central finding: Prostatic utricle cyst.

Peripheral findings: infected pilonidal cyst

While the pt presented for the later, I found the first to more interesting. You don’t see a lot of these. Midline, doesn’t extend above the prostate. Can become infected but nothing on here to really suggest that.
