History: abdominal pain

Milk of Calcium Gallbladder (aka Limy bile)  Note the wall thickening, inflammation and liver changes concerning for acute cholecystitis

Dense layering Ca++ in the gallbladder. Commonly develops into chronic cholecystitis so I believe it is commonly removed.
