Case 13 Answer: Lunate dislocation

What is dislocated? The LUNATE is dislocated, 

Frontal: pizza pie sign - ie lunate looks like a triangle

Lateral: distal concavity of the lunate usually moves towards and rotates to the palm, thus it is out of alignment with the radius, lunate and capitate
