History: chest pain. What is the underlying etiology for this appearance?


Answer: Passive Venous Congestion 

 The bones/vessels are are normal. Here is the midline sag-note the back-flow of contrast into the central venous plexus Look for causes of venous stenosis/occlusion/congestion (presumed cardiogenic here)
