History: flank pain

Any idea why this young lady keep coming back to the ER for the same problem?

Answer: Duplicated renal collecting system with chronic reflux of the lower pole moiety (remember left = cranial) 

Reverse of “drooping lily sign" 

 Good old Weigert-Meyer law: 

 Upper - obstructs (OU) 

Lower - Refluxes (LR)
