History: scrotal mass.  Diagnosis? What do you recommend?

Answer: Normal testicular appendix

a normal remnant of the Mullerian duct. This one had flow and no pain, so…. Normal. It does account for a palpable mass though. If there was pain, it can undergo torsion. But either way there is nothing to do about it besides pain meds
