Can you name the sign and the diagnosis?

Case 8 Answer:  Fleischner sign and Knuckle sign of pulmonary embolism  

 ie an enlarged pulmonary artery assoc with PE or pulm hypertension.   “Knuckle” refers to abrupt cut-off of the pulm artery due to occlusion by clot.
